The domiciliation service is provided by Goshen Group S.r.l., VAT / P.IVA 08705790965, itself registered at Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano. The agreement you sign is with this company, and it is the party responsible for the address, the mail and the reception. If you are running due diligence before committing, that is the entity to look up.

Broker Associati — the practice at the address

The premises are not a mail room rented for the purpose. They house Broker Associati, a rating and credit advisory practice that has worked on bank lending decisions for nineteen years, advising Italian companies on their credit rating, on access to finance and on disputes with the Bank of Italy credit register.

This is why the address is capped at 200 companies (see pricing and terms) rather than sold to everyone who asks, and why we talk about credit rating on a page about registered offices. The two are connected: a working practice is on site every day, so the reception is staffed by people rather than by a forwarding contract, and the address does not accumulate thousands of registrations that dilute it.

Luca Pacini — who you will actually speak to

Bank rating analyst and credit advisor, and the author of the articles on this site. He teaches bank rating and works as a credit intermediation specialist, and has been interviewed by the Italian public broadcaster RAI 3 on the banking system and the credit registers.

When you write or call, you are not routed to a call centre in another country. You reach the office in Milan, in English or in Italian.
