Registered office in Milan for foreign companies
If you are opening an Italian company or moving one to Milan, you need a registered office. Ours is in San Babila, and you can use it from €45 a month + VAT.
What a registered office is, in Italian law
Every Italian company must declare a sede legale, a registered office. It is the address recorded at the Chamber of Commerce, the one that appears in the company register, and the one to which the tax authority, the courts and your counterparties send official communications. It is a legal address, not necessarily the place where you work.
That distinction is what makes domiciliation possible. The law obliges you to have an address in Italy; it does not oblige you to sign a lease on premises you will never use. A company can run its operations anywhere in the world and keep its registered office in Milan.
Who uses this service
- Foreign founders incorporating an Italian SRL and needing a compliant address for the notarial deed and the Chamber of Commerce filing.
- Non-Italian companies opening a branch or a representative office in Italy.
- Companies already registered elsewhere in Italy that want to move their registered office to Milan.
- Consultants and professionals who work remotely but need a credible business address rather than a home one.
- Italian businesses looking for an ufficio virtuale a Milano with a genuine office behind it.
Why San Babila, and why a closed number
Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2 sits in the 20122 postcode, minutes from Piazza San Babila and the Duomo. It is one of the addresses in Milan that reads as established rather than improvised, which matters when a bank, a supplier or a prospective client looks your company up.
We cap the service at 200 companies in total. Most providers do the opposite: the more registrations at one address, the better the economics for them. But an address shared with thousands of shell entities loses exactly the credibility you were paying for. A closed number keeps the address worth having.
The address and your bank rating
Italian banks weigh a company’s registered office in their credit assessment. Under EBA guidelines the qualitative profile of a borrower sits alongside the financials, and the address forms part of it: where the company is registered, how long it has been there, whether the address is coherent with the business described. A registered office in central Milan supports the file; a transient or overcrowded one does not.
We say this with some authority: this service is run from inside a rating and credit advisory practice with nineteen years of work on bank lending decisions behind it. If you want the domiciliation to be part of a wider strategy for accessing credit in Italy, that conversation is available to you.

How your mail is handled
Correspondence addressed to your company is received at the office and kept in a drawer unit assigned to you. You collect it during concierge hours. If you are abroad and need something sent on, we forward it by courier on request and charge only the postage — forwarding is not bundled into the monthly fee, because most clients do not need it every month and we see no reason to make them pay for it.
A word on what we do not promise
A Milan address does not by itself grant you tax advantages, banking approval or any regulatory status. Incorporation, tax registration and notarial steps depend on your nationality, your structure and your activity, and should be handled with your accountant or a qualified professional. What we provide is the address, handled properly, at a fair price.
The domiciliation service is provided by Goshen Group S.r.l., VAT / P.IVA 08705790965, Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano. The contract you sign is with that company.
