Pricing and how it works

One monthly fee, stated in full. Everything that is not included is stated too.

€45 per month + VAT

Included in the monthly fee:

  • Use of Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano as your registered and postal address.
  • Concierge service and a staffed reception during office hours.
  • Receipt and safekeeping of your mail in a drawer unit assigned to your company.
  • The domiciliation agreement, signed remotely.

Not included, and why

  • Meeting room: €40 per hour + VAT. Booked when you need it. Most clients use it a few times a year, so building it into everyone’s monthly fee would mean charging the majority for something they do not use.
  • Mail forwarding: postage only. On request, by courier, charged at cost with no handling margin.
  • Company formation, accounting, tax filings. These belong with your notary and your accountant. We can point you in the right direction but we do not sell them as a bundle.

A welcome rate is reserved for the first 50 new companies, valid until 31 December 2026. The service is capped at 200 companies in total.

How it compares

Registered office services in central Milan commonly run from around €69 a month at the lower end to €159 a month at business centres, often with an activation fee on top and a twelve-month commitment attached to the headline price. Our fee is lower and stands on its own. The reason is simple: this is not our core business. It is a service run alongside a credit advisory practice that already occupies the premises. The service is provided by Goshen Group S.r.l., VAT / P.IVA 08705790965 — see who you are dealing with.

Signing from abroad

You do not need to travel to Milan. The agreement is sent to you by email and signed with a one-time code delivered to your phone. The four steps below are the entire process.

  1. Get in touch. Tell us the company name, where it is registered today, and what you need the address for. Email or WhatsApp is fine.
  2. We send the agreement. You receive the domiciliation contract by email and sign it with an OTP code on your phone.
  3. You get your documents. The signed agreement is what your notary and accountant need for the incorporation deed or the transfer filing at the Chamber of Commerce.
  4. The address is live. Use it on the company register, on invoices, on letterhead and on your website.
